خط الدفاع الإلكتروني الأول (FEDL)

لقد أضحت رقمنة المؤسسات جانباً آخذاً في التزايد إلا أنها في الوقت ذاته تضع هذه الجهات في مواقف حافلة بالتحديات. ويعتبر الدفاع ضد التهديدات الأمنية السيبرانية أمراً حاسماً لبقاء أي مؤسسة، ومع أن هذا لا يعد جزءاً من الأعمال الأساسية.

يعد خط الدفاع الإلكتروني الأول (FEDL) بمثابة آلية الدفاع الأمامية للجهات الحكومية الاتحادية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. واعترافاً منها بأن الامتثال للمعايير الأمنية يجب أن يكون من الممارسات المعتادة في جميع الجهات الحكومية، وضعت هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات جميع الموارد التقنية اللازمة من أجل إيجاد حل شامل للتحديات الأمنية التي تواجه الجهات الحكومة الاتحادية. يشكل خط الدفاع الإلكتروني الأول جزءاً حيوياً من النهج الشمولي.

إذ يستخدم آخر ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا في مجال الحماية الأمنية السيبرانية. وسوف تستفيد الجهات الحكومية من خط الدفاع القوي الذي يضم عدداً من الضوابط الأمنية التي تشمل حماية منافذ الشبكة من خلال جدران الحماية، والحماية من هجمات DDoS، والضوابط القائمة على التوقيع والسلوك من خلال أنظمة منع التسلل، والحماية من البرامج الضارة المتقدمة أو التهديدات المستمرة المتقدمة (APT). كما يمكن تقديم مشورة الخبرة الأمنية من خلال اخصائيي الأمن لخط الدفاع بشأن الضوابط من جانب الجهة.

وأخيراً، يرتبط خط الدفاع الإلكتروني الأول بفريق الاستجابة الوطني لطوارئ الحاسب (aeCERT). ويعد دور فريق aeCERT مهماً في تحديد إطار الامتثال الذي ينفذه خط الدفاع عندما يأتي الأمر لحماية الجهات الاتحادية.
