What is the Digital Market Place?
The Digital Services Market Place (DSM) is focused on introducing the concept of a “Public/Private Partnership” (PPP) with vendors interested in joining a “Market Place” approach to offering cloud services to Federal Government Entities (FGE). DSM has been built to cater for future government IT services requirements in the UAE, the mGovernment Digital Market Place is built on top of a highly secured Private Cloud Infrastructure that complies to the national governance framework and security standards. The aim of the DSM is to enhance the existing DSM Service Catalogue with multiple service offerings for the benefit of all DSM customers.
How can the TRA help with marketing my service?
The vendor will be expected to undergo a validation exercise to ensure the proposed service meets certain criteria – e.g. Multi-Tenant capabilities, Cloud Ready, etc. After successful validation (including PoC) the TRA will advertise the service through the DSM website and the FEDnet Service Catalogue.
Who are the sellers?
The Digital Market Place is a platform that links buyers, such as governments and enterprises, with sellers offering tested and proven Multi-Tenant Cloud-Ready solutions.
